Mosaic my Health continues to work as usual adhering to all the government health and safety regulations.

We operate by appointment only, with limited availability. At the moment we allow 5 visitors at the same time in the studio excluding trainers.

Before, during and after the session

Please arrive 5 minutes earliest before the session wearing your workout gear.

At the entrance to the studio we measure your temperature and ask you to disinfect your hands.

For the time being we ask you to bring your own sweat towel and use it during each exercise.

Monitoring your health

If you begin to feel unwell during class, we kindly ask you to inform your therapist and make your way home.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.

Frequent studio disinfection

Our studio is deep cleaned every day between each session with a medical-grade disinfectant.
The mats on the floor are treated with disinfectants proven to kill viruses such as COVID-19.

Air ventilation

The AC systems installed in the main hall of the studio are cleaned from the inside on regular basis.
The studio is also ventilated throughout the day with active ventilation carried out for an hour during lunch time.

Face masks

Please arrive wearing your face mask until you start your exercise.
